The Grace Learning Center is a Christian school which is founded in the Eastern part of Nairobi, Kenya. It currently has classes from Kindergarten to class four. Kidcare came in at the right time in 2015 to rescue the school which would have closed. Kidcare’s involvement at the right time has made this school to be a thriving school in its community.
Partnership between The Grace Learning Center and Kidcare helped the school to increase its staff from the 2 teachers who were doing almost everything in the school to a staff currently of 6 members of staff and a cook. Kidcare as with all the other schools provides for the feeding of the children. Food is now nutritious, with a balanced diet, well cooked and served on time. Children's health, growth and development has really improved.
